Demystifying SMM and Making a Case to Stakeholders

Strategic Meeting Management (SMM) sounds great in theory, but from the pitch to implementation there seems to be a disconnect and a misconception about how simple steps can make a major impact on the organization. In this engaging, workshop-style session, Lisa will help you break down the concepts into actionable ideas that you can put into action to improve performance and cost-savings. Industry suppliers and planners alike will benefit from this strategic session by learning from a third-party corporate planner to make the case and have a positive impact on your organization.

Attendees of this session will:
  • Identify what the stakeholders want and how to approach them.
  • Develop a simple set of steps to increase efficiency and decrease cost at your organization.
  • Build an effective case of success from the communication to adoption.
